YMCA!
I’ve been going to pool at the Y, and let me tell you, an hour of alternating between swimming laps and other pool exercises sure gives your body a great workout! My entire body felt like a limp noodle yesterday after I got out of the pool and today my muscles from head to toe are sore! It’s great, because I’ve been looking for something that was low impact (I was in a bad car accident, therefore I can’t do a lot of strenuous activity) but also great for muscle toning, and I’ve found it!
I’m off to go to the pool again~
well done, thats what i have been doing, some 150 lengths a week 3750 metres.i love it!

yay for swimming…i too love to swim…but dont get to as much as id like…i dont have a pool at my gym…so darn it!
